RAYMA Team exists to help busy professionals and growth-minded individuals live and lead well. We provide monthly Coaching and Leadership Training for people that want to elevate their personal leadership.
We have been Besties for over twenty years. Like all the men and women carrying the torch of entrepreneur before us, we too have a story that led us to starting this company. In fact, it started years ago with a bottle of wine, a dream, and a big blue couch. But before we get too far into the dramatic tale, we need to tell you something super important...
We aren’t your gurus. We don't peddle a "one-size-fits-all" answer to success and happiness. We won’t blow a lot of hot air or waste your time with empty motivational phrases that mean zilch. What we will do is provide the ONE thing that can change your future. Coaching.
When you work with us, you'll find tools and accountability to reach your goals and be proud of yourself.
Oh! And you're probably wondering who the handsome guy in the photo above is, right? That's Mr. Nate Anderson. He is Mandy's husband, and one of the original co-founders of RAYMA Team.
RAYMA Team didn't just pop out of the air one day. I mean the name did just drop into Mandy's head when she was running on the treadmill. But, in all seriousness it took years of digging ditches and laying the groundwork to get us here. It's a story full of hopes and dreams with mountain top experiences and crushing failures. There’s even a bit of scandal! It’s blockbuster material!
I wish we had the time to tell you all of it. Every nitty gritty detail. But we know you are busy running your business and building your dream life (and if you're not, we can help!) so we will give you the cliffs notes version…
Once upon a time in the land of 2012, there were three best friends who loved a blue couch very much. It wasn’t just an old piece of furniture, it was a magical place where all three of them could snuggle into its faded cushions and laugh, cry, eat, and dream together. The couch was there for them in the good times, the bad times, and all the in-between times.
One night, a couple years after finding this much-loved couch, an idea transpired. Two of the besties, drunk on wine and revenge, decided to take back their stolen dreams and create something new. That night, Big Blue Couch® Coaching, LLC was born. (aka RAYMA Team's parent company!) And, the rest as they say, is history…
We know you are dying to meet the women who started such a scandal 😉 and the man who encouraged them from the very beginning.

Our name, RAYMA, is not only a combination of Raychel and Mandy’s names (aka their Bestie Couple Name) but also an acronym for the five core values of our company, and the leadership characteristics we aim to embrace.
Resiliency is the ability to bounce back quickly after adversity. Every single person needs to learn how to be more resilient. When life knocks you down you must know how to get back up again. Strength & flexibility are vital when you are building a business and designing your dream life.
Authenticity is being true to your own unique self. It’s a genuineness that shines through and attracts others. Discovering who you are will make you a confident decision maker and trustworthy leader. Will the real you please stand up? Because we need you.
Saying yes to the opportunities that spark passion, curiosity, and joy is what life is all about! All your life you’ve been told what you cannot do. It’s time to say “Yes, I can. Watch me.”
Motivation is all about giving yourself a reason to act. You can borrow motivation from others; but, at the end of the day you’ve got to master the skill to motivate yourself when no one else is looking. Staying motivated is an inside job.
You get this one life- make sure you are assertive in the right way with the right things. When carefully crafted, assertiveness is a necessary quality all leaders need to embrace. True assertiveness is not pushy, domineering, or rude. It’s positive, confident, and self-assured. Assertive people get things done and inspire others to do the same.
