Hello. We are Mandy B. Anderson and Raychel Perman, Co-Founders and Certified Lead Coaches here at RAYMA Team, LLC.
Let's talk about YOU for a moment...
You are not a label or a negative slur that someone put on you. You are not your mistakes or your circumstances.
You are an Overcomer. And what you've overcome is what makes you a leader! You were born to be resilient. It's already IN you, just waiting to be unleashed!
There are seven specific ways to develop your resilience - a skill that is necessary to live the life you dream of, taste the success you crave, and lead your family or your team better.
SHE CULTIVATES RESILIENCE is the next round of leadership training that we are offering both in the Bismarck area and online. This 7-week program will equip you with seven leadership principles to help you activate your resilience through:
- clarity on your purpose and passion
- health and wellness habits
- stress management techniques
- crisis and change preparation
- deeper connection in relationships
- and an attitude of gratitude.
So what are you waiting for? You've been stuck for far too long and it's time to level up, Darling!
Space is limited to 20 women - however this program is available to bring to your company! Click here to learn how to hire us to come to you, or scroll down to register for your spot in our upcoming Fall Sessions.

"I thoroughly enjoyed the training by RAYMA Team. Mandy and Raychel presented the material in a way that was easy to comprehend, and they did an incredible job interacting with the virtual audience which made the whole experience feel more personal. I'm looking forward to learning more from them!"
