Details for this service are as follows:
Full Day Option:
The recommended time-frame for the full day team option is 9:30am - 5:00pm with lunch and breaks built into the schedule.
- The investment for a full day retreat is $8,000.00. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is needed to secure your training and order training materials.
Half Day Option:
The time-frame for the half day team option is 4 hours with breaks built into the schedule.
- The investment for a half day retreat is $4,000.00. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is needed to secure your training and order training materials.
Details for each option:
- Each participant will receive a professionally printed, paperback workbook journal and a RAYMA Team™ pen.
- Travel expenses will be added for trainings outside the local Bismarck, ND area (20 miles).
- Additional catering and rental fees will be added to your fee should you want RAYMA Team™ to book the catering and location.

1:45pm - MOTIVATED Session
Address the actions that drain your motivation and establish new routines and perspectives to discover and maintain motivation throughout all seasons of life.
2:30pm - ASSERTIVE Session
Explore the underlying causes of arrogance, even for individuals with a compassionate nature, and recognize the essential attributes required for assertive leadership that fosters unity and trust among teams.
