Join us for a one day leadership experience designed to help you step into the shoes of a Rockstar Leader. This event includes a workbook journal for every attendee, a networking lunch, self-assessment moments, table discussions, and interactive large group discussions.

- Plus Sales Tax. The total value of this day is $3,000 per person to work with 2 Certified Leadership Coaches for 7 hours.
- Includes a paperback workbook journal and RAYMA Team™ pen for each attendee.
- A lunch of soup, salad, and croissant sandwich is included with your ticket.
- It is our standing policy that all sales are final for events, leadership programs, and private coaching packages. If you cannot make the event, you will be given a credit to use for future events. The total of your credit may also be used toward a leadership program or coaching package.

1:45pm - MOTIVATED Session
Address the actions that drain your motivation and establish new routines and perspectives to discover and maintain motivation throughout all seasons of life.

Explore the underlying causes of arrogance, even for individuals with a compassionate nature, and recognize the essential attributes required for assertive leadership that fosters unity and trust among teams.
