AUTHENTIC 4-Week Women’s Leadership Program

You are registering for an VIRTUAL 4-week leadership program designed to help you step into the shoes of an AUTHENTIC leader.

Facilitated by Certified Coaches and Co-Founders of RAYMA Team®: Mandy B. Anderson and Raychel Perman

Program Dates: 

• Session 1: Friday, January 9th, 2026 | 12:00PM - 1:00PM central
• Session 2: Friday, January 16th, 2026 | 12:00PM - 1:00PM central
• Session 3: Friday, January 23rd, 2026 | 12:00PM - 1:00PM central
• Session 4: Friday, January 30th, 2026 | 12:00PM - 1:00PM central

We will meet each week for one hour via zoom.

This program is limited to 10 virtual students. 

Class begins promptly on Friday, January 9th at 12:00PM central time. All program materials will be digital versions for you available in your library at raymateam.com or via the RAYMA Team® app available in iOS or Android.

Supplemental Resources: All Resources will be handed out at the first session.

Includes a PDF workbook and access to the AUTHENTIC Leadership Podcast Course that can be accessed online or via an app.

Leadership Program Certificates will be given at the end of the program upon completing a short quiz and essay on how you plan to apply what you've learned personally and professionally.

I understand this is a hybrid program with RAYMA Team®, LLC and the seat I am purchasing is a virtual seat and that I will have to show up online via Zoom for each session.

I understand that this program includes a total of four sessions and that graduating from this four-week program requires me to show up in person and complete all assignments.

I understand there is a zero refund policy with this program and that at the time of checkout I am agreeing to pay in four monthly installments, unless I choose the pay-in-full option. If I choose the payment plan option, my first payment will go through once I complete my purchase, with the remaining two payments automatically scheduled on this day of each month.

I understand that Mandy B. Anderson, Raychel Perman, and RAYMA Team®, LLC cannot guarantee I'll make any money or have better leadership opportunities simply by going through this training. My results are up to my own action and belief.

I understand that my Leadership Certificate of Completion is dependent upon passing the final quiz and submitting my 500-word essay. I understand that I will be getting an official printed Certificate of Completion once my final assessment is reviewed.
