Work with Coach Mandy for three months to implement specific changes in your personal life & leadership skills. Such as:
- Increase your confidence and implement healthy boundaries
- Improve your communication skills and leadership skills
- Get rid of toxic self-talk
- Gain clarity on what you want in new seasons of life or when burnout shows up.
- Or discover the basics of how to improve your creative skills such as speaking, writing a book, and branding.
What you get:
- One 60-minute Zoom call per month. (3 sessions total) If you live in the Bismarck, ND area we can meet in person instead if you prefer.
- Private Online Coaching Portal to organize notes, prep for sessions, access homework, and complete assessments.
*This package works well for clients that are currently going through any of our group leadership programs and just need a few sessions to dive deeper into the principles you're learning in any of the RAYMA Foundations™ programs.
**You may choose to add on any of the RAYMA Foundations™ modules as supplemental homework to go through with Coach Mandy. Prices for this product will be reflected in our store.

Ghosting me when I contact you with accountability will not be tolerated. The coaching relationship requires trust and honesty. I expect you to communicate - the good, the bad, and the indifferent.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:
If your session needs to be rescheduled, please contact me within 72 hours. If a 72 hour notice is provided, I will do my best to schedule you in the same month. However, this is not a guarantee. A cancellation after 72 hours results in the possibility of losing your appointment session with no refund and no reschedule opportunity.
Session details:
Your coaching session will be conducted via Zoom video, unless previous arrangements have been made. You will be sent an automatic email explaining how to join the conference call right away when you book your session, and again 24 hours before hand as a reminder. You can always access your call login details inside your coaching portal as well.
