- Two 60-minute Zoom calls per month. (12 sessions total)
- Full access to the RAYMA Foundations™ Leadership Curriculum to use during sessions and as homework. ($1,500 value)
- Private Online Coaching Portal to organize notes, prep for sessions, access homework, and complete assessments.
*If you already have the full RAYMA Foundations™ curriculum, you may add two 60 to 90-minute team trainings or two additional coaching sessions.

Ghosting me when I contact you with accountability will not be tolerated. The coaching relationship requires trust and honesty. I expect you to communicate - the good, the bad, and the indifferent.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:
If your session needs to be rescheduled, please contact me within 72 hours. If a 72 hour notice is provided, I will do my best to schedule you in the same month. However, this is not a guarantee. A cancellation after 72 hours results in the possibility of losing your appointment session with no refund and no reschedule opportunity.
Session details:
Your coaching session will be conducted via Zoom video, unless previous arrangements have been made. You will be sent an automatic email explaining how to join the conference call right away when you book your session, and again 24 hours before hand as a reminder. You can always access your call login details inside your coaching portal as well.
