A Note From Coach Raychel: What Coaching is… and is not!
Coaching is NOT counseling. Coaching is future focused and requires clients to be well-adjusted and emotionally healthy. You must be ready to make changes in your life to be an ideal coaching client. If at any point, I sense therapy or counseling would be appropriate, I will suggest it.
The coaching relationship requires trust and honesty. I expect you to communicate - the good and the bad. We will work together to resolve any difficulties or issues. Coaching is confidential. I will keep all your information safe and secure within the confines of the law. However, this is a shared office and calendar and your first name and last initial will appear on the coaching calendar. If there is ever a moment where I feel that involving another coach (Mandy B. Anderson) as a voice of wisdom would be beneficial, I will tell you beforehand.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:
If your session needs to be rescheduled, please contact me within 72 hours. If a 72 hour notice is provided, I will do my best to schedule you in the same month. However, this is not a guarantee. A cancellation after 72 hours results in the possibility of losing your appointment session with no refund and no reschedule opportunity.
Session details:
Your coaching session will be conducted via Zoom video, unless previous arrangements have been made. You will be sent an automatic email explaining how to join the conference call right away when you book your session, and again 24 hours before hand as a reminder. You can always access your call login details inside your coaching portal as well.
