I'm a Certified Professional Coach, Amazon Best-selling Author, Corporate Trainer & Speaker, Co-host of the Fearless Feminine Leadership Podcast, and the Co-Founder of  RAYMA Team®, an award-winning life & leadership coaching company. 

With 12+ years experience in the coaching industry, I specialize in helping Entrepreneurs, Executives, and Managers become rockstar leaders of strong teams and growing businesses. I help my clients build confidence, conquer self-doubt, navigate tough issues, (and the BS no one talks about) and accomplish their personal and professional goals. 

Before launching Big Blue Couch Coaching in 2014 and RAYMA Team in 2019, with my BFF & business partner Mandy Anderson, I spent eight years as a Licensed Esthetician and trainer in the Spa industry. I launched my first handcrafted skincare brand in 2002 and eventually retired it to a creative outlet and hobby a few years ago.
