About Me:

My friends say I am funny, wise, and tell it like it is. I’m so glad you are here! As an entrepreneur with the heart of a teacher, I believe that brokenness, health challenges, and past mistakes do not disqualify you from living and leading well. They prepare you. I specialize in helping my clients conquer self-doubt, navigate tough issues, create unique work/life balance solutions, and grow their leadership soft skills so they can live and lead well.

Prior to starting our first Life Coaching Company in 2014, and rebranding to RAYMA Team® in 2019, I had a decade long career in the spa and beauty industry where I trained and hired Estheticians. I even launched my own sugar scrub line. In my early 20s I went back to school and got my degree in Psychology and Christian Counseling and got certified as a Life Coach. At the same time, I was raising two small children while their Dad was gone for half the year for work.

Since co-founding our company, I’ve published Amazon best-selling books, co-authored five leadership books for our RAYMA Foundations™ signature leadership trainings, launched our first coaching certification school, Co-hosted the Fearless Feminine Leadership™ Podcast, and been featured on the North Dakota Today Show as a guest expert.

When I'm not revolutionizing leadership development, you can find me playing taxi to my busy kids, reading a good novel, binging my favorite shows, cuddling my dogs, or digging in my flower beds. I’m a coffee lover, gemstone jewelry collector, obsessed with Britain's royal families, and a big fan of rocking the boat. I’m also an introvert, fibromyalgia warrior, trauma survivor, social justice advocate, and incredibly proud of my Oneida Nation descendancy. 

I live in North Dakota with my husband Josh, three teenagers, and three fur babies.
