To every woman standing at a fork in the road, feeling overwhelmed, lost, tired, maybe even just plain confused. This is for you. This is not how your story ends, and here's what you need to know...

If we've never met before. I'm Coach Mandy. I'm one of the co-founders here at RAYMA Team, and welcome to a Coffee with Coach Mandy live video. This doesn't happen very often anymore, but I just had this nudge to pour myself some coffee and spend a little bit of time with you on this Thursday morning or whenever this video shows up in your feed.

I've been where you're at. I have been there many times where you're at a fork in the road and it feels like, is this the end? Is this the end of this chapter in my life? Is this the end of the story? Why am I even, you know, here? Why am I doing all of this? And that feeling can feel so. Disheartening. It can feel hopeless, it can feel overwhelming.

And I want you to know that you're not alone if that's how you've been feeling. So many women feel like that, especially when we reach our forties. Like we, you know, I have, I have a client that I was working with over the last couple months who is considering a career change. I not even sure what she wants to do next, but she just knows that she no longer feels in alignment with the messaging of what she's doing in her job and what, what her company stands for.

And there is nothing wrong with you if you are feeling in that place. If you're a business owner and you're feeling in that place and you're like, I don't even feel in alignment with what I created anymore, that's okay too. I've also been there and. What I have come to learn is that that is a very normal part of the process.

That is a normal part of being a business owner. That is a normal part of being creative and being an entrepreneur. And the skill that we need to build is the skill of wisdom and discernment to figure out, does this really mean that I need to burn everything down and go a completely different direction?

Or am I feeling this way because something isn't? In alignment anymore, I wanna tell you a story. So I own this company with my best friend, um, and business partner Raychel Perman, and coach. Raychel and I have been doing this for a very long time. We started way back in 2014 and we started as life and leadership coaching just for women. And actually it was just life coaching for women, but everything that we taught really was a leadership type of principle. And through the years we had so many people that had, you know, they had come to our women had come to our events and they asked us all the time, like, how do I bring this to my company?

And that eventually led us to rebar rebrand our company from what was called at the time, Big Blue Couch Coaching to what we are now, which is RAYMA Team. We took the time back in 2019 to go on this journey of rebranding and we wanted to make sure that we could rebrand in a way that was inviting to, to the company cultures where you're working with women and men, and in 2020 the pandemic happened.

And so that kind of stalled us out a little bit. And we went back to just life coaching, life and leadership coaching for women. And then in 2022, we. Found our path. We created this curriculum called RAYMA Foundations™, which is our life and leadership curriculum that works for companies to bring us in as like monthly mentor groups for their, for their staff to go through the program.

And, um, we worked with, for two solid years, we worked primarily with, with the corporate world. And there is a place within that that I thoroughly enjoy. We both thoroughly enjoyed and at the same time, we were really missing the community and the connection that we had with women only spaces because the conversation changes when women are in the room versus it's a room of women and men.

When women are in the room and we are talking about challenges in the workplace, we really get down to the real life. Struggles, the real life issues. We get into conversations about things that are not equal, whether that is pay, whether that is, um, expectations around work hours, expectations around working for free versus getting paid.

There's a whole dynamic there that men don't always understand because they haven't experienced it as often. I'm not saying it never happens to them because it definitely does, but they don't understand it because it doesn't happen to them as often. And us women, we know these things are happening all the time.

So last year we spent a good amount of time reconsidering what we wanted our company to be and what was the work that we did that really fulfilled us and we brought back some women only. Events and that sparked that passion in us that was sleeping. I don't wanna say that we, we, you know, killed off that passion completely and went in a completely different direction because we did it.

We, we case studied our content in a lot of different areas and. We always come back to this idea that when it comes to our group programs, we really wanna work with women. I love doing team trainings with, with, you know, companies and getting in and doing that. But when it comes to the really deep work, it seems as though the women only spaces are what we're really connected with.

But I will tell you that last year I asked myself this a lot. I was at a fork in the road. I didn't know which direction to go. It was a really challenging year personally and professionally. And there were moments where I thought, is this the end are, are we done as a company? And I lost my confidence last year quite a bit actually.

And that might surprise some of you. If you know me personally, if you see me in professional spaces, um. You might be surprised to know that I lost my confidence quite a bit, and the way that I got it back was by tapping back into every principle that we teach here at RAYMA Team. So if you are a woman and you are feeling this way, you are overwhelmed, you are feeling like you're at a crossroads.

You don't know what comes next. You're feeling like this might be the end of a dream, this might be the end of an opportunity. I want you to know that you're not alone. I have felt that too. Recently, and I wanted to read something to you today, if that's all right. This is our bestselling book, Dear Female Leader, the Boss Up Edition.

Now edition in this phrasing actually just means it's book two of a series. So, um, this is the second book in the Dear Female series, um, Dear Female Leader series. And so I wanna read this to you.

This is actually something that we are going to be deep diving in the Dear Female Leader Coaching Experience that happens online starting this coming Wednesday, April 15th, and you can register right now for one payment of $147 or if you need to do the two payment option because of your budget, that is two payments of $77 and we have women already signing up already connecting in the members area.

And this is the curriculum, if you will, that we're gonna be diving into.

We're gonna create a whole community around this concept around all of this over the next five weeks. This is gonna be for women. From all across the world if you wanna join us that way. But we made it online so that we can, um, impact more people, we can make it more user friendly and we're super excited to do that.

But I wanna read to you, um, the message from day 30. It says, this is not how your story ends. Dear female leader, this is not how your story ends. If you lead long enough, you'll, you will encounter moments where you want to quit. You'll wonder if the risk and sacrifice is really worth it anymore, but by the time you reach this thought, you'll have too much skin in the game for a clip, a clean, quick getaway.

So you'll have to choose, will you keep focusing on what's hard, or will you remind yourself that you're stronger than you think you are, and you've got everything you need to succeed. There won't always be a cheering squad, so learning to be your own cheerleader is a must. If this is resonating with you right now, look in the mirror and repeat after me.

This is not how my story ends. It's all going to work out because I will not quit it at the end of each of these short daily letters. From either myself or Coach Raychel or both of us there is what we call a true statement. A true statement is our trademarked concept. Um, it's a coaching concept that we came up with and it is, um, it is a concept that we use to help you overcome your negative thoughts. It's very similar to an affirmation, but where it differs is if we really connect it to what we're focusing on. So it's not just saying an affirmation of like, I am worthy, I am beautiful. It's reminding yourself what you wanna commit to, reminding yourself where you want to go.

And between that connection and the action of speaking it out loud, that's where you will start to see change in your mindset and your belief system. So the truth statement at the end of this is, this is not how my story ends. It's all going to work out. I may have to pivot and change course, but I will not quit.

So here's how I want to encourage you to apply this if this is resonating with you today. First, I want you to grab a pen and paper and journal two questions. Okay? The first one is, what part of this letter that I read to you encouraged you the most today? Write that down. What part encouraged you the most?

The second question or the second journal prompt, is to write a list of all the skills and qualities that you currently have that will help you succeed. Write a list of all the, the skills and qualities that you currently have that will help you succeed. You have skills, you have qualities, you have talents, you have lived experiences that you're forgetting about because you're, you're focusing on the confusion.

You're focusing on the overwhelm. Start focusing on what you do have. You have skills, you have opportunities. That you've taken in the past, what did you learn from that? You have, , you have qualities. You have lived experiences that have taught you wisdom and discernment that will help you take the next step.

It will help you find the next step to take. I hope that this has encouraged you today. If it has, I want to invite you to the Dear Female Leader Coaching Experience. This is a five week online program for women. It is for leaders. It is for professionals. It is for women who want to be leaders someday, want to learn how to lead better.

It's for the women who even think they are leaders, but they just wanna grow in leading themselves in. New dreams, new goals in their life. If you are a woman who is connected to this  message at all, this program is for you. We're going to grow your life and leadership skills through the concepts of this book, through thought provoking daily journal prompts, assessments, and candid conversations that will have coaching guidance in those weekly group sessions that happen on Wednesday nights starting April 15th.

Week one is gonna be all about rest and faith. And not just faith from a spiritual standpoint, but faith in yourself, faith in your abilities. Week two is gonna be comparison and self-sabotage. Week three, we're gonna dive into self-reflection and courage. Week four, we're gonna dive into balance and celebration, and by week five we're going to give you some action steps so that you can activate this concept of this is not how your story ends.

You're gonna get some clarity to know what you want to do next in your next season, in your next opportunity, what you want to do with this life that you get to live. The choice is up to you. I hope you will join us. The link is here in this video. It's featured in this video. You can sign up right now. We will be diving in starting on Wednesday, and I hope you'll be there.

This is not how your story ends. But you have to be willing to take action. You have to be willing to do something with the opportunities in front of you. I hope you'll join us. Bye.
