Podcast: Life Lessons from Running a Half Marathon with Cystic Fibrosis

Sep 30, 2019

I figured that if I could run a 10k, maybe I could actually finish a half marathon, even if I had to walk some of it. Never mind the fact that I have Cystic Fibrosis – I wasn’t letting that stop me! Well, September 21, 2019 was the day that I accomplished this goal; the goal I never knew I needed! I learned some things with each passing mile, and I want to share them with you today. These are the 13 life lessons I learned from running a half marathon with Cystic Fibrosis.
